The initial 10-minute consultation is offered free of charge, and no refunds are applicable for this portion of the coaching.

 

Once payment is made for the coaching session, no refunds will be issued. However, rescheduling may be possible in exceptional cases, subject to availability.

 

In the event that a coaching session needs to be canceled or rescheduled, participants will be offered an alternative session or a full refund.
